With over two decades of experience, Robin Kirkham is known for her balanced approach to family law, combining strong advocacy with a focus on peaceful resolutions. Drawing from her own experiences with divorce and co-parenting, Robin guides clients through life’s most challenging transitions with minimal conflict and maximum value. She is fiercely protective of her clients, approaching each case with a deep commitment to both compassion and justice.

Previously, Robin spent over a decade as a Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho, representing clients in criminal, juvenile, and child welfare cases. This formative experience provided her with extensive courtroom insight and a nuanced understanding of the legal system, along with an empathetic perspective on the people it impacts.

In 2015, Robin returned to her home state of Utah and established her own practice, focusing on family law, mediation, and serving as a Private Guardian ad Litem. Her training and experience in mediation and commitment to cooperative solutions reflect her dedication to achieving harmonious outcomes whenever possible, while her role as Guardian ad Litem enables her to advocate passionately for children’s well-being.

Robin serves on the board of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) Utah chapter, which promotes a collaborative approach between legal and mental health professionals, for achieving the best possible outcome for children and families.
